Ruah Elohim Yoga is a unique practice that brings the healing breath, grounding meditation,
and therapeutic effects of yoga into unity while you commune with the Spirit of the Triune God.
In Ruah Elohim Yoga we move beyond the cognitive engagement one typically has with faith
and provide a somatic experience of healing all within the caring presence of God.

Join me every December in the weeks leading to Christmas for our Advent Ruah Elohim Yoga Series
In our Advent Yoga series we will use the weekly Advent themes of Hope, Peace, Joy, & Love to guide our meditations and postures. Each class will be crafted around one theme with special music, aromatherapy, and lighting to reflect the Cosmic Light of Christ coming into our darkness.
Join the weekly email list for each yoga practice’s verse, song, & meditation.
Advent is a 4 week season leading up to Christmas. Timothy Keller explains it best as, “the season when we look back to Christ’s first coming, as a baby born in Bethlehem, and look forward to his second coming when he will return to renew and redeem every part of fallen creation. Jesus Christ has come and will come again. The advent season is a time to reflect upon the promises of God and to anticipate the fulfillment of those promises. It is a time for remembering and rejoicing.”
